The Peter Jackson VFL will be returning to TV screens in 2012 with AFL Victoria today announcing the continuation of the 25 year relationship with ABC TV.
The Peter Jackson VFL will once again be broadcast each and every Saturday afternoon at 1pm, allowing football fans to get their Saturday afternoon fix of State League football as they have done since 1987.

A VFL star is facing a two-year playing ban for purchasing performance-enhancing drugs he never even received.
Casey Scorpion Wade Lees bought a fat-burning product online from the US in 2010. It was intercepted by Australian Customs, which informed the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority.

DAVID Joss will stand down as chairman of the Bendigo Football Club at the end of this month.
Joss will vacate the position at the BFC’s annual general meeting, but remain a board member of Bendigo’s VFL club.
