Victorian Football League now Football Victoria
The same goes for heaps of sports bodies in Australia... Why? Is it because they feel their names don't totally embrace the support they are involved with, or is it just an easy way to look like you have re-vamped the organisation?
Interesting to see that the Vics (Bushrangers) still have a VCA logo on their caps.
