Its that time of the yeart again when state league pride and the talk comes out about which league is the best in the Nation. WA are coming off a 1pt win against SANFL at home last year. While the VFL last played in 2008 going to the SANFL by 65pts at Adelaide Oval. VFL have beaten the WAFL in the last 2 games these 2 sides have played you have to go back to 1988 at Subiaco Oval for the last time WAFL defeated the VFA/VFL. Medibank Stadium is big ground but with rain forecast this could make it a very tight affair. WA have been training for about a month now for this while the Vics have only come together this week that could also be a factor. I think in the end the WAFL longer preparation and home ground advantage will be the difference in this game. WA to win a close one.
My Tip: WAFL by 7pts
