(Reserves curtain raiser starts at 10:10am)
Last time they met: Rd 19 2009 at Casey Fields. Casey Scorpions 9-13(67) def Williamstown 7-19(61).
This should be a classic. Williamstown were beaten narrowly by North Ballarat while Casey continued on their merry way with a comfortable win over Sandringham at home. Williamstown to win narrowly at home.
STATS
1st Quarter: Will 5-4(6th) Casey 4-4-1(8th)

SUNDAY
Northern Bullants(5-4 6th) vs Port Melbourne(7-2 4th) at NAB Oval,Preston 2pm
(Reserves Curtain Raiser starts at 11am)
Last time they met: 2009 1st Prelim Final at TEAC Oval. Northern Bullants 16-13(109) def Port Melbourne 13-10(88).
The Bullants had a comfortable win over the Pies at Vic Park while The Borough took a long time to shake off the Dolphins before runnign out 5 goal winners. These 2 sides have played some great games over the years and this one should be no exception but at home the Bullants to win.
STATS
1st Quarter: Nth Bull 4-4-1(7th) Pt Melb 4-5(11th)
2nd Quarter: Nth Bull 6-3(3rd) Pt Melb 4-5(8th)
3rd Quarter: Nth Bull 3-2-1(4th) Pt Melb 6-3(5th)
4th Quarter: Nth Bull 6-3(3rd) Pt Melb 6-3(4th)
My Tip: Northern Bullants by 9pts

Bendigo Bombers(5-4 7th) vs North Ballarat(7-2 3rd) at Queen Elizabeth Oval 2pm
Last time they met: Rd 19 2009 at Windy Hill. North Ballarat 21-16(142) def Bendigo Bombers 10-10(70).
North Ballarat got back on the winners list with a tough 4pt win over Williamstown at home while the Bombers suffered their 3rd straight loss to the Hawks at Box Hill. The Roosters to win this one comfortably.
STATS
1st Quarter: Nth Ball 5-4(3rd) Bendigo 4-4-1(9th)
2nd Quarter: Nth Ball 2-7(13th) Bendigo 4-5(8th)
3rd Quarter: Nth Ball 8-1(1st) Bendigo 5-4(8th)
4th Quarter: Nth Ball 7-2(2nd) Bendigo 5-4(6th)

SATURDAY JUNE 26
Werribee(1-7-1 13th) vs Coburg Tigers(3-6 11th) at Avalon Airport Oval,Werribee 1:10pm(ABC1 TV)
(Reserves curtain raiser starts at 10:10am)
Lat time they met: Rd 18 2009 at Werribee. Werribee 11-11(77) def Coburg Tigers 10-9(69).
Werribee have been the under performing side of the year while only a win against Frankston and draw against Gold Coast to show for it. Coburg got back on the winners list with a comfortable win over the Gold Coast at Craigieburn. On form you would except Coburg to win but the big question is can Werribee come to play or will their bad season continue.
STATS
1st Quarter: Will 5-4(6th) Casey 4-4-1(8th)
2nd Quarter: Will 7-2(1st) Casey 6-3(4th)
3rd Quarter: Will 3-6(10th) Casey 7-2(2nd)
4th Quarter: Will 7-2(1st) Casey 5-3-1(5th)
My Tip: Coburg Tigers by 14pts

Gold Coast(1-7-1 12th) vs Frankston(1-8 14th) at Merrimac Oval,Broadbeach 2:10pm
(AFLQ State League curtain raisers Broadbeach vs Morningside Reserves at 9am,Seniors at 11:15am)
First meeting between these 2 sides
With Karmichael Hunt playing his first match on home soil this game should get a big crowd. Gold Coast were better this week against Coburg only having one bad quarter but that was enough for a 8 goal loss. While the Dolphins were again competitive against the Borough but ended up with a 5 goal loss at home. Gold Coast will go in as favorites but if the Dolphins can play like they have in their last 2 games they could cause the upset.
STATS
1st Quarter: Gld Cst 4-5(10th) Fston 2-7(13th)
2nd Quarter: Gld Cst 2-7(14th) Fston 4-5(10th)
3rd Quarter: Gld Cst 2-7(13th) Fston 2-7(13th)
4th Quarter: Gld Cst 3-5-1(11th) Fston 1-8(14th)
My Tip: Gold Coast by 3pts

SUNDAY JUNE 27
Box Hill Hawks(4-5 8th) vs Collingwood (6-3 5th) at Box Hill 2pm(3WBC)
(Reserves Curtain Raiser Box Hill vs Frankston starts at 11am)
Last time they met: Rd 5 2009 at Visy Park. Collingwood 18-16(124) def Box Hill Hawks 11-2(68).
Box Hill had a good win over Bendigo while Pies lost to the Bullants last week. Box Hill have been very much up and down while the Pies have palyed well this year up until last weekend. This will be another close game and maybe Box Hill to win at home.
STATS
1st Quarter: BHH 9-0(1st) Coll 5-2-2(2nd)
2nd Quarter: BHH 3-6(11th) Coll 5-4(6th)
3rd Quarter: BHH 7-2(3rd) Coll 4-5(8th)
4th Quarter: BHH 4-5(9th) Coll 4-4-1(7th)
My Tip: Box Hill Hawks by 7pts

Sandringham(4-5 9th) vs Geelong(3-6 10th) at Trevor Barker Oval,Sandringham 2pm
Last time they met: Rd 17 2009 at Skilled Stadium. Geelong 19-11(125) def Sandringham 8-7(55).
Both these sides have had a very much an up and down year. Sandy had a loss to Casey while the Cats had a win over Werribee. At home Sandy should win a close one.
STATS
1st Quarter: Sand 5-4(4th) Geel 5-4(5th)
2nd Quarter: Sand 3-6(12th) Geel 7-2(2nd)
3rd Quarter: Sand 5-4(6th) Geel 4-5(9th)
4th Quarter: Sand 4-5(10th) Geel 3-6(12th)
My Tip: Sandringham by 9pts
