Was very sad to learn of the death last Thursday of Preston's former JJ Liston Trophy star Matthew Burrows. Apparently he collapsed at his workplace. He was 41.
Matt was involved in the famous four-way Liston tie in 1990, sharing the Liston with Garbuio, Nichol and Harkins, and was a charging bull of a centre half back. Sad times for the Bullants
