There were 18 tipsters that managed to picked all seven winners for
the opening round of 2010.
The tipster with the nearest to the aggregate score for the Collingwood v
Williamstown clash at Victoria Park was old Sunshine Crows supporter Rick
Woodstock.
Rick played some of junior footy with the crows many moons ago. Rick selected
225 points as the aggregate score which was closer than the other tipsters that
selected seven winners. Williamstown 137 d Collingwood 106 total score 243
points.)
RICK WINS OPENING ROUND WITH SEVEN WINNERS
In the opening round for 2010 there were 18 tipsters that picked all seven
winners. The tipster who was nearest to the aggregate score for the Collingwwood
v Williamstown clash of 243 points was Rick Woodstock. He collects $30.
Next week another $30 will go to the tipster with seven winners. If
more than one tipster selects seven winners, the tipster nearest to
the aggregate score will collect $30.
If no tipster picks seven it will jackpot to $60 for the Round 3
matches.
BILLY OAKLEIGH WINS AGGREGATE SCORE
Old Oakleigh Devils fan John Kylie alias Billy Oakleigh who was
watching the oaks in the days of Bustling Billy Barrot, John 'swooper' Murnane
and Big Bob Johnson selected 230 points as his aggregate score which was 13
points off the 243 points for the Collingwood v Williamstown clash. Billy
collects $40.
The next round for the aggregate score will be for next weeks Grand Final replay
between North Ballarat who have won the past two premierships and the Northern
Bullants.
The Roosters will unfurl their flag in this game. The tipster nearest the
aggregate score will collect $40.
