THE Werribee Tigers have signed assistant coach Paul Satterley as their senior coach for next season, replacing Simon Atkins who quit the club at the end of the season.

GERARD FitzGerald has ruled out joining AFL ranks as an assistant coach.
FitzGerald says he has been approached since leading North Ballarat to a third consecutive VFL premiership.
However, his reply has been a "thanks, but no thanks''.
"I would like to think I am qualified to coach an AFL team one day.

Sandringham this morning locked in former Melbourne star Brett Lovett as its new senior coach, replacing his former AFL teammate Andy "Chopper" Lovell.
Lovell resigned at the end of the season and has accepted a development role with the Gold Coast Suns, the Bayside Leader reports.

BOX Hill Hawks will go into 2011 with a new senior coach after Brendon Bolton's promotion to a senior assistant at Hawthorn last week.
Bolton's elevation was announced at Box Hill's end-of-season presentation last Friday night.
