I too witnessed Edwards tear us apart at the 'G in the first half of his first match, seemed to be the kind of player West Coast kind of needed, i know half a game doesn't prove anything, but i too was surprised to see him let go. Had that typical West Coast machine look about him, is the VFL recruit of the year. Morrell is handy, but Edwards is still so young, and unless re-drafted, could become a legend down Frankston way. Gee, is Frankston v Sandy on a Sunday? I might wander down. I'm missing Richmond v Carlton at the 'G on Friday and Box Hill v Springvale at Casey Fields on Saturday, might be the perfect opportunity to see a bit of good footy over the weekend.
