Getting back to Norman Banks, there would be very few of us that would be old enough to remember him. Maybe Zebra, Zebraman, Blackrocker, Cobrascorer & Billy.
He worked for 3KZ & later 3AW calling the footy with the great Bill Jacobs, Tommy Lahiff & of course Harry Bietzel.
He ia also famous as the founder of Carols by candlelight.
There was no bigger name in radio in the 50's & 60's tham Norman Banks.
