Electric scoreboard failures
Body:

All reports of the Werribee v North Ballarat match on Saturday 5 July 2014 neglect to mention that the electric scoreboard at Werribee was not in use. Spectators had to peer intently to see a tiny cricket scoreboard placed leaning on the boundary fence in front of the blank electric one. This had goals placed above behinds for each team, no points. I presume the same occurred for the following DL match.
After the failure of both electric scoreboards at Casey Fields a couple of seasons ago, surely it should be a requirement for another football scoreboard to be available in the event of electric ones being out of use for whatever reason. It should not be too difficult to have a movable figures board, such as Windy Hill's only one, on standby.

Scores need to be visible to all spectators wherever they are in the match-watching area, with a co-acting board if necessary.
