Very entertaining and tight early game followed by a cracker in the main game. Big crowd there too, both huddles buried deep in supporters and heaps of kids out kicking on the ground.
Some good talent in that Sandy team - Wilkes, Cockie, Ledger and Minchington all stood out - the Dolphs did very well to almost pinch it. Haretuku, Hockey and Martin were great for Frankston.
Next Sunday's vital match is scheduled to be the broadcast match.

Gents, was having a convivial or 3 with some learned colleagues evening last, when the discussion crossed between the vfl & the AuFL. One associate mentioned that nathan foley is the nephew of gerry foley who ran around at teac oval in the mid to late 80's. If memory serves me correct gerry was an honest toiler, half back flanker, for the borough and would've played 50 odd games. Can anyone confirm the allegation?
