Port Melbourne forward Dean Galea has arguably become the most potent forward in the competition over the past 18 months, and after another four goals yesterday he appears well on the way to winning his first Frosty Miller Medal for the league's leading goalkicker.
Galea, who was cut from Williamstown's list in 2009, has since been one of the great success stories in the league given he has struck a chord with the Port faithful under the guidance of coach Gary Ayres.
He cut his old team apart in last year's grand final with six goals and finished with 71 for the season, losing the award to former teammate Patrick Rose (79 goals).
This season, Galea almost owns Port's forward line.
