MATCH CONDITIONS: 4 quarters, 25 ‘flat’ minutes (i.e. no ‘time-on’).
A massive VFA reunion is to be held on Saturday 7th of March 2020 at the North Port Hotel, commencing at 12pm.
The function is for all fans, supporters, staff, umpires, officials and players to celebrate the rich history of the competition.

Eddie's Suggestion For Melbourne's New Facility

Eddie McGuire revealed this morning where he would look to relocate the Melbourne Football Club if he was in charge of the Demons.
The Melbourne board revealed at their recent AGM that they are looking for a new permanent training & administration base.

Eddie has suggested that Port Melbourne would be an ideal base for the Demons going forward.
"I'd go to Port Melbourne, I'd go and do a deal with Port Melbourne and build a magnificent facility down there," Eddie said.
"I'd even try and do a deal with Port Melbourne (football club) to make them the VFL team, they wear the same colours."
I am thinking of giving the VFL a miss in 2020. I feel that my passion is gone, as very year the comp loses more and more of its soul and is essentially the AFL reserves in disguise. The loss of the reserves competition in 2017 is probably the straw that broke the camel's back. How are the stand alone sides meant to develop players without reserves? The gap between local footy and the VFL is Now for 2020 the lists and salary cap has been cut again. It is ridiculous when one player on an AFL reserves team is getting paid more than the whole VFL list.

Just asking again if anyone knows where I could possibly get copies of the Coburg Lions premierships? I would also be happy to get other grand finals as well.
Some people on here have been great trying to help but some of the people recommended to try will only swap games and will not sell any! Very frustrating as I am trying to collect games and I would love to show my kids the Coburg premierships.
Any help would be appreciated!

How would you rate your clubs range of 'gear' in recent seasons. My general perception is that all clubs have made huge improvement t in the range of available apparel. Werribee in particular, with all the standalone clubs making a really good range of options for supporters.
What does your club do well and what does your club need to provide?

Dermott Brereton, Matt Rendell, Craig Lambert, Ben Hart, Des Ryan and Brad Boyd all played league football, and now their sons are training with the VFL Dolphins.
