THE Victorian Football League could lose one or more of its traditional clubs to interstate leagues if rumoured funding cuts and a proposed eastern seaboard second-tier competition come to fruition.

ADRIAN “Archie” Deluca did a lot of things in the two years that followed his departure from Carlton at the end of the 2006 season.

Other than to check on how his younger brother Fabian was faring at Port Adelaide, football wasn’t on his mind.

He would have enjoyed the day at the Trevor Barker Beach Road Oval with his zebras winning easily. He collects $40. Another $40 will go to the tipster nearest the aggregate score for the Round 2 clash between rivals Frankston v Sandringham.

SIX WINNERS THIS WEEK

Round 2 kicks of the first full week of six matches played where the tipster to select all six winners will collect $30. If more than one tipster picks six winners, the tipster nearest the aggregate score for the Frankston v Sandringham will collect. If no tipster picks six winners it will jackpot to $60 to the following round.
