WILLIAMSTOWN’S unbeaten VFL run is over. The Seagulls lost by two points, 15.8 (98) to 14.16 (100) to North Ballarat in the highly anticipated round eight clash between the two VFL powerhouses at Burbank Oval on Sunday.
The Roosters, sitting second on the ladder, went into the final term with a five-point lead against the top-of-the-table Seagulls, on the back of six goals from Corey Jones and a competitive three quarters.
