The five tipsters each collect $8. Enough for a can of spirit at the footy. The five tipsters were all one point shy off the aggregate score.

Williamstown made 3 changes to the side that defeated Sandringham by 48 points in Round 4. Into the side came debutant Dylan Joyce, Dylan Addison was dropped by the Bulldogs and Henry White was promoted from the Reserves. Out of the side went Ayce Cordy (injured), Ben Jolley (ill) and Xavier Gotch was dropped.

DALE Amos celebrated his first win as VFL coach after the Cats upset Werribee in a thriller on Saturday.

VFL captain James Podsiadly booted six goals in his first appearance against his former club as Geelong opened its 2009 account with a 15.8 (98) to 13.14 (92) victory at Skilled Stadium in the curtainraiser.
