SOME leaked information from the opposition camp inspired Frankston to its first win of the season on Sunday; a rousing 16-point victory over the Coburg Tigers at Kars St.
Dolphins coach Simon Goosey said he heard before the game that the Tigers didn't rate his side, and he used the "knock" as motivation.
"They probably fired the first shot," he said.

THE Bendigo Gold were handed a football lesson by the Northern Blues in their VFL match at the Queen Elizabeth Oval on Saturday.
The Gold were outclassed in every facet of the game as the Blues stormed to a 100-point victory, 21.21 (147) to 7.5 (47), in front of a small Saturday afternoon crowd.

NORTHERN Blues opened their 2012 Victorian Football League account with a 100-point thumping of an undermanned Bendigo at Queen Elizabeth Oval on Saturday.
The Blues dominated with Bendigo restricted to a limited resource of Essendon players due to the AFL affiliate's Anzac Day clash with Collingwood.
