LIGHTNING-FAST Geelong draftee Jordan Murdoch will miss tomorrow's VFL clash against Casey after breaking his finger in innocuous fashion last week.

Murdoch copped a footy to the finger before last Friday night's match against Bendigo and failed to take any part in the game.

The 20-year-old had surgery this week to have a small pin inserted and faces up to six weeks on the sidelines.
