North Ballarat Roosters have been outclassed a third time at home this Victorian Football League season.

A 52-point loss to Williamstown adds to the Selkirk Roosters' hometown woes at Eureka Stadium.

The Roosters have chalked up one win from four matches this season - their sole victory was claimed in round three at Collingwood's Victoria Park.

Williamstown had a stranglehold on play early and dominated through the midfield.

The Roosters clawed back in a promising second quarter and were two straight kicks down at half-time.
