Experienced Magpie players Holland, Paul Licuria, Ryan Lonie and Simon Prestigiacomo will headline the Williamstown team.
However, there will be no Nathan Buckley, who starred for Williamstown last weekend, gathering 30 possessions and kicking four goals in its 115-point demolition of Port Melbourne.
"Nathan will go into the senior team this week," Williamstown coach Brad Gotch said yesterday.
"His aim is to contribute in the Collingwood line-up, and last week's performance was a good way to come back from injury and show he is ready for AFL football again."
Holland's comeback from an achilles problem has been hampered several times.
"He's had the problem most of the season, and he tried a comeback in the seniors midway through the year for a few weeks and did it again," Gotch said. "He's tried to come back through Williamstown and broken down a couple of times.
"Hopefully this time Brodie can make it through because he's a very important player for us at Collingwood in the jobs he can do for us in the midfield."
Williamstown has not played at Bellerive throughout Tasmania's seven seasons in the VFL.
"In the few times we've come to Tassie we've played in Launceston," Gotch said. "We like the bigger grounds, we've got a lot of leg speed in our team, and I think Bellerive will suit us."
Williamstown arrives tomorrow for a familiarisation session at Bellerive.
"We'll have a look at the ground and a light session to get a feel for it rather than turn up cold on Saturday," Gotch said.
Tasmania, which will finish with the wooden spoon, can expect a torrid time against the fourth-placed Seagulls.
"We are coming off a good win last week and this is our last opportunity to fine-tune our game before the finals, because we will finish in the top four," Gotch said.
"We'll have 14 to 15 Collingwood players in the side this week, but we can only play 12 in the finals. So anyone who does not play well this week will miss out next week."
