New forum sections?

I've been considering creating additional forums and would like some opinions. 1. A new chat board for comment on media coverage of the compeition (either articles written, or lack thereof :) 2. Private boards for each club. Basically each club would have a public board and a private board (exclusively for supporters of that club). The private board would require myself (or another admin) to grant a user to access to it. The difficulty would be determining who is and who isnt a genuine supporter. It is mainly for that reason that I have not created them at this stage.
