Devils v Sandringham

10:15 AM Saturday 17th May at Aurora Stadium, Launceston AFL Curtain raiser for the Hawthorn v Port Adelaide match Sandringham will go in favourites and the Devils will be playing to see if they can still be a finals hope or playing for next season. I got no problem with the Devils playing curtain raiser (all games in Launceston are this year) but they should be against teams aligned to an AFL team that are playing afterwards.

Sandy will sure be favourites - big game for them today against Willy who seem to have recruited a new team. Sandringham will be tough to beat and always play well against the Devils

Why ? bring as many teams/clubs down to Tassie as possible, all the more the merrier, a good tourist boost for Tas AFL, VFL whateverFL come on down, win lose or draw its great to watch.

:D couldn't agree more ,the more times we go to Tassie the more we like the place. The food and drinks are terrific and have found the locals very happy to see us (most of them anyway) as we all spend money and time in Launie. Happy to visit every year even the footy is good. go zebs zebra :wink:
