Today the AFL announced Richmond vs Carlton game will kick their season off on March 18, back to a normal 22 game season (probably 23 rounds). Rest of round 1 to be released next week,
VFL/ESSL and rest of AFL Fixture for 2021 unlikely to be released until the new year possibly as late as February. Also the likelyhood of the fixtures being floating fixtures so dates and times of games will be released in 4 week blocks. Although not confirmed yet. VFL/ESSL season not due to start before April 23. 22 teams 16 round season because of Covid.
AFLW and VFLW seasons to commence on February 1, fixture due out in next 2-3 weeks.
Most clubs have advised their new signings on here but I'm yet to see anything from Preston/Nthn Bullants, should we be worried?
Yes i was thinking about that myself CGULL. What also concerns me is that i filled out a online survey and said i would buy a membership yet despite being on their mailing list i have yet to hear a membership announcement.
Ive only got one email from them which was a new merchandise email , seems like things are moving slowly at Preston which is leaving people to think that their launch is going to be unconvincing.
A email every few months isnt a good way to get new people on board. We hear from Port on a regular basis (via email) i would imagine most other clubs are the same.

CGULL I was out for dinner ladt night in your neck of the woods with a VFL commentator. He said he had been down to Preston recently and aasured me that they are doing ok. Apparently they have good numbers at training with a predominantly young list who he said he expects should win a few games.
As for the lack of social media presence he said that they expect that would increase before season commences and membership packages were estimated to be released around Fed - so to summarize although theve gone under the radar all seems ok ar Kramer st with a coach appointed, a side to be on the park and more news to come in the near future.
Do we know when the fixture will come out?
Queenslander, I believe the fixture isn't coming out until February. Kind of tricky to make any travel plans!
