Box Hill ran out narrow winners, after Port led by about 16 points by 3/4 but lost by about 7 points at the final siren.
A very good crowd for a Practice Match and the standard for the most part was very good. Inaccuracy in front of goals hurt Port in the end.
Of note, the lighting for a night match was substandard and I was unable to really watch the the play in the second half if the ball was at the other end of the ground. I would say that it was fit for a training session, but not an actual game of football where spectators are attending.
PMFC Team below. Also note that a reserves practice match will also take place from 5pm.
