Channel 7 game on Sunday is Port Melbourne vs Essendon from 2pm
Will most likely go tho this game. The borough gets their chance for a win.

- that's good that C7 are mixing it up a bit with this games and a few standalone and aligned sides getting coverage in coming weeks.
* It's time to restore the VFA name.
VFA/VFL Historical Stats
Port Melbourne 0-3 for first time since 1992
Port Melbourne 0-4 only once before back in 1908 when they lost first 7 games
Williamstown 0-3 for first time since 1995 when they went through season winless
Only season when both Port Melbourne and Williamstown started season 0-3 was 1936
What if both the old VFA heavyweights Port and Wille lose this week and its 0 - 4 - would that be the first time ever that both sides are 0 - 4 in the same season?

Yes that is correct
Playing at home on consecutive weeks both Port and Williamstown will be absolute desperate to make sure they do not go 0/4. I am pretty confident Port will win. Not sure if Williamstown will as I rate Werribee far better than Essendon. If the seagulls play well enough they can win. Will attend both these games and have a good look at Port and Williamstown for the first time this season as well as Werribee. With last season's cut short looking forward to finally watching a game at footy at both North port oval and Williamstown.
The AFL app on Android now has an option to Chromecast the VFL games.
