I have it on good authority that Casey Scorpions vice captain James Wall has signed with Williamstown. The four time VFL team of the year representative and the winner of two club best and fairests should be a great addition to the Seagulls in 2012.

Hope you're on the money there Burbank, he would be a splendid addition, he did try to cross over when Peter Faulks joined Willi but that move fell through for whatever reason, great if we get him on board for 2012. Faulks, Wall & the other ex-Scorpion Stockdale all played under Peter German at Casey so they must think that he's OK as a coach to follow him over.
Casey are losing some good players...Wall....Stockdale....Mohr got drafted...
The phones will be running hot with clubs trying to sign up players after the Xmas break
You really have to question the integrity & make up of some of these players.
I am maybe a bit old fashioned but have always believed that the players that you develop yourself are your clubs greatest asset.
Maybe digs you should consider why the casey scorpions lose senior players ......why dont they pay them, what there contract says and when it is due on the 31st October ....they shaft their players and staff on an annual basis !!1
James Wall trained at Williamstown for the first time last night and signed his contract and the club has come to terms with the Casey Scorpions for a transfer fee. Also spotted at training last night were two of the key players from last years Gippsland Power side that finished on top of the TAC Cup ladder at the end of the home and away series. Highly regarded duo 2011 captain Shaun Wyatt and Haydn Hector have signed with the Seagulls and relocated to Melbourne.
Also told last night that ex West Coast Eagle Jamie McNamara arrived in Melbourne last night and will train for the first time on Friday night.
That would be Matt Little I think. If they do get him they've done pretty well on the recruiting front, Willy
Whoah, hope you're correct there observer, that would be sensational to get him back, an 80+ goal kicker is difficult to replace as we found out this year.
Big Move- he has done well at casey.

One more big name may come to the Seagulls too. Watch this space. Very familiar to VFL footy too.
The name or the player??
